When it comes to strong Christian single men, there are built in triggers within them designed by God himself. These men choose to pursue a particular woman at some point in their life because these God-designed-triggers are switched on by her.
Therefore, if you are a woman who wants to be pursued by a strong Christian man, here are 5 triggers you need to switch on in him so he will pursue you.
1. When a Woman Can Fully Accept the Sacrifices a Strong Christian Man Must Make in His Life, This Triggers Him to Pursue Her
What is a strong Christian man? A strong Christian man is a leader. In the Bible, God’s leaders are the ones who are prepared to sacrifice the most.
In Mark 10:43-45, Jesus, the ultimate strong Christian man, said, “But whoever would be great among you must be your servant, and whoever would be first among you must be slave of all. For even the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.”
When God gave husbands instructions on how to love their wives, he said to look at how Jesus loved the church. Jesus died for her, sacrificing himself that she might have what she needed (Ephesians 5:25).
What does a man want in return for his sacrifices as a man? Respect. It’s no accident that after Paul told men to love their wives through sacrifice, he told the wives to respect their husbands (Ephesians 5:33).
Thus, when a man sees that a woman can accept the sacrifices he must make as a strong Christian man, this will trigger in him the desire to pursue that woman. If she encourages rather than complains when he works extra-long hours to provide, when she thanks rather than pouts when he makes conservative financial choices to save money, when she cheers him on rather than doubts his decisions to discipline those who need it – these acts of support for his service inspire his passion for her.
2. When a Woman Proves to Be a Capable Feminine Partner, This Triggers the Man to Pursue Her
While a man is called to lead and wants a woman who appreciates his sacrifices, he also knows a wife is meant to be his vital partner (Genesis 2:18).
When a soldier goes to war, he wants his woman to be proud of him, to hug him goodbye with tears in her eyes; he does not want her begging him to stay behind like a coward or complaining about how long he’ll be gone. He wants to know she’s a strong woman who can take care of the household while he’s off defending their safety. While not every man is a literal solider, every Christian man is called to be a warrior for God. Here are few lines from The Army Wife’s Creed that relate to what all men want in a woman:
Because I am proud of my husband and the uniform that he wears, I will always act in ways creditable to him, the military service and the nation he is sworn to guard. I am proud of my husband. I will do all that I can to protect and provide for my family in his absence. I will be loyal to my husband and to the vows that we made as we entered the covenant of marriage. I will use every means I have to encourage my husband to be the best soldier that he can be.” -Author Uknown
3. When a Woman Focuses Her Inner and Outer Beauty “at” the Man, This Triggers Him to Pursue Her
Put simply, a man is triggered to pursue when a woman gives him her attention. Her beauty, both inner and outer, are naturally attractive to a man. When you focus your beauty towards him, it gets his attention and draws him to you.
It’s like being in a dark room and then seeing a sudden flash of light. Your eye is naturally drawn to that light. A woman radiates beauty like a flashlight radiates light (1 Peter 3:4). When you point your beauty towards a man and he senses your attention, oftentimes he will be drawn towards you.
What does this look like practically? You really don’t have to do anything fancy or complicated here. All you need to do is not ignore him when he’s around. Give him more attention than you do to other single men. If he’s interested in you, he will sense this and he will pursue you.
Your beauty naturally flows out of you. You just need to focus on him with your time and energy and you will naturally be shining your feminine beauty towards him as well.
4. When a Woman Shows She Wants to Be with a Man but Is Not Waiting for Him to Pursue, This Triggers Him to Pursue Her
If you want to trigger a strong Christian man’s pursuit, you need to do two things at the same time. First, he needs to know you want him to pursue. Second, he needs to know you are not going to be waiting for him to pursue.
You want to send the message that you like him but you are not going to waste your life waiting for him. You’re open to him right now and willing to be closed off towards other men right now; and if he does not take advantage of this opportunity, you are not going to be open to him forever and closed off towards other pursuers forever.
When you value yourself enough not wait for this one man to value you, this shows him you are properly rooted in Christ and not needing him to validate you. This will make him realize you are the mature Christian woman he’s been looking for.
If he gets scared off because he needs you to coddle him and endlessly wait for him to risk rejection in pursuing you, just accept he’s not the strong Christian man you thought he was (1 Corinthians 16:13-14).
5. When a Woman Gives a Man the Love and Family Structure He Craves, This Triggers Him to Pursue Her
Men never want to be feminine themselves. However, men want to enjoy the feminine blessings a woman brings into his life (Proverbs 31:11-12).
For example, a house is not a home without a woman’s feminine touches. A meal is not a social gathering without a woman’s hospitality. A family party just isn’t as warm unless the women have organized it.
So if you want a strong Christian man to pursue you, invite him to your family events. Introduce him to your grandma. Show him how you can plan a dinner party with close friends. Help him pick out a gift for his sister’s birthday, and then wrap the present in that fancy way women do.
Do you see what I’m saying? He wants these feminine blessings and knows he can’t have them without a woman.
