Imagine that you work in a factory and one day your boss comes up to you and says, “I’m not going to give you the supplies you need anymore to make the products you are required to make. But, I’m still going to expect you to produce the same amount every day.” You are then forced to outsource what used to be provided for you. Obviously this would take a lot longer.
Is God about to change his assignment for you? Will you know how to prepare for this change and how to properly follow the Lord’s leading once it’s time?
Sometimes God gives you a verse that clearly answers your question. Sometimes you hear the Holy Spirit obviously tell you what you need to hear in your heart. And sometimes the circumstances in your life make God’s answer to you unmistakable.
When God reveals the one to you, this process will include both patience and action, waiting and moving forward, doing and letting God move on your behalf.
I recently watched the movie called Redeeming Love with my wife. First off, I know the sex scenes in this movie have many people divided over whether or not Christians should even see this movie. And most of the reviews of this movie have focused on that question. That’s not going to be the focus of my review. Rather, I want to talk about some things I learned about women after watching this movie.

Have you ever had that experience where you keep thinking about someone even though you don’t really have a good reason to be thinking about them? Maybe it’s someone from your past, someone you are close friends with but not romantic with, or maybe it’s someone you have a crush on but you don’t know them that well.
Are bad things happening to you because of your past sexual sins? While God does forgive us our sins when we confess and repent, there are often still consequences for our bad choices.
When a good guy comes into your life, there’s not a whole lot you need to do. Rather, as a woman, you need to resist the urge to interfere with his manhood. He doesn’t want a woman to come in and tell him how to be a man. Rather, because he’s already a good man, he wants a woman in his life so he can love her as the man God has already made him to be.
