Here are 5 things that God will often do in your life before he blesses you with the desires of your heart.

When I use the phrase “an impossible situation,” I’m referring to those challenges in life that seem too hard for us to get through. Perhaps you have been given terrible news from the doctor, perhaps you are dealing with a really toxic work environment, or perhaps you have been single for so long you have begun to believe it is impossible to actually meet any single Christians who actually want to please the Lord like you do.

When I use the phrase “the green light,” I’m referring to God saying yes to you in regards to your request about whether or not you should proceed forward down a certain path in life. For example, should you ask someone out on a date? Should you keep dating your boyfriend or girlfriend? Should you apply to a new job? Should you have that hard conversation with a family member? Should you join that certain ministry?

Why does God allow us to struggle? One of the best men to look at when seeking to answer this question is the Apostle Paul.
Paul struggled a lot in his life and ministry. Thankfully he was also very open about his struggles. By studying what Paul wrote in the Bible, we can discover at least three reasons God allows us to struggle.
