What does the Bible say about tattoos? And should Christians see tattoos as a red flag that God does not want them to date someone?
You will feel conflicted, stressed, and unhappy when you know there is disconnected between your human relationships and your desire to glorify the Lord. But when you are finally able to be in a relationship with another human and you know this relationship is pleasing to the Lord, the joy that is produced is immense.
Perhaps you want to be married, but no matter what you try you can’t seem to meet anyone. Perhaps you want a better career, but no matter how many applications you fill out, the phone never rings. Or perhaps you are watching someone you love make really destructive decisions and are faced with the cold reality that you are totally unable to convince them to change.
Is it possible that there are dark, spiritual forces trying to get you into a bad relationship or keep you out of a good relationship? According to Ephesians 6:11-12, yes! It states:
Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places.”
